City Island benefits from an onsite team based in the Management Suite, situated on Gotts Road to the front of the undercroft car park entrance. Your onsite team is available Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

Jonathan Abrahams

Jonathan’s role is to manage site compliance, all site projects, control of sub-contractors and oversee the work undertaken by onsite staff. He also manages all Health and Safety issues, PPMs and any reactive and emergency works.
He undertakes site audits and work investigations, management of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and building fabric, management of hard and soft service site Staff. Part of his role is to help and assist visitors, tenants and landlords as well as offering assistance with security matters.
Having spent his career in facilities and maintenance management, running his own property maintenance company, managing the team at the Yorkshire Showground and also being the manager for a Waste Management company, Jonathan now proudly leads the team as Development Manager at City Island.

Tony Foy

Concierge
Tony has a varied role at City Island and you will find him greeting and assisting visitors, tenants and landlords. His role is to ensure the site stays secure whilst assisting with any on-site queries or enquiries. In any emergency he is the one who will handle the matter swiftly and resolve this and perform any maintenance tasks. By reporting any faults and issues immediately to the Development Manager he ensures that the development stays in first class condition.
Tony started work as a labourer and progressed into security with Premier Protection Services guarding politicians and acting as security at corporate events. From this he worked for network securities at City Island in 2004 when City Island was just a plot of land. As he loves the place so much he decided to stay on in the position of concierge.

Joseph Mchugh
City Island Caretaker
Caretaker
Joseph will help and assist with any maintenance issues at City Island. His duties are varied and include performing PPM tasks, ensuring the site stays clean and tidy, responding to reactive emergency calls and site audits. He is also on hand to assist all tenants and visitors and report any issues to the Development Manager.
He has previously worked within building and construction, roofing and as facilities assistant in many different areas and for many different companies. Previous to City Island he worked for the Queens Hotel in Leeds as a facilities assistant, which gained him excellent customer service skills.
